In 1995 the first Desert Cancer Foundation Golf Tournament was chaired by Art and Cory Teichner at Indian Ridge Country Club to fund the organization. Since the beginning, the club and the members of IRCC have generously underwritten the costs associated with the event so that all the proceeds would go directly to Desert Cancer Foundation.
This annual tournament has raised more than 2 million dollars to fund cancer treatment valued at more than $12,000,000.
